At Frederick’s, we take food allergies seriously. However, please be aware that we do not operate an allergy-free kitchen. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from trace amounts of allergens.
Many of the ingredients we use, or those supplied to us, may contain allergens or be processed in facilities that handle allergens. Cross-contamination, even in trace amounts, is possible.
If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, please contact us prior to your visit to discuss your needs. We reserve the right to decline orders from guests with severe allergies where we feel there is a risk to their health.
