PIZZA CHEF
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef with proven experience working with dough and operating a traditional wood-fired oven. The ideal candidate will be passionate about authentic techniques, able to maintain high standards under pressure, and eager to contribute to a creative, growing team.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain high-quality pizza dough daily, ensuring consistency in texture and flavour.

Cook pizzas to perfection using a wood-fired oven, managing temperature and timing precisely.

Develop and execute menu items in collaboration with the Head Chef, showcasing seasonal ingredients.

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area, following food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and support efficient kitchen operations.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Pizza Chef, with strong skills in dough preparation.

Hands-on experience using a wood-fired oven (essential).

Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, from traditional Neapolitan style to contemporary variations.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and pride in presentation.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

A team player with excellent communication skills.
